My answer hasn't changed in years.
I'd travel the world, meet new people, learn their kitchens. And one day, settle in a quiet mountain town and open a small cafe. A cozy spot for travellers and locals, with a menu stitched together from everywhere I've been. Somewhere people gather, share stories, and stay a while.
The dream is the same as the work, really: connect with people, explore new ground, and build places where everyone feels at home.

My trekking kit. Built to be carried up a pass and lived out of for a couple of weeks. Layers for the cold, boots for the climb, a tiffin for warm food on long days, a Nikon and a drone for the views I'll want to remember. Everything else is space for whatever I pick up on the way.
