When users add N number of tests, they drop off from the cart after viewing the bill summary and other widgets. After listening to a number of customer experience (CX) calls, we found in our research that users tend to seek a package containing all their tests at a cheaper price. With that insight, we built a system where when a user adds N number of tests to the cart, the system recommends the most suitable package that offers the best value for money based on their input, thereby increasing the conversion rate.
